Following 17 years in the construction industry, including a decade spent Project Managing high-profile projects for top tier contractors in London and Abu Dhabi, Efim established Enfold with a view to provide exceptional design, construction and management services to the Australian market. Efim brings international experience, working across a wide range of sectors, including Commercial, Government and Residential.
Honesty and integrity are key to Efim’s approach. Drawing on a wealth of industry resources, Efim invests in training so he and his team remain at the cutting edge of commercial interior design.
Aside from his lifelong enthusiasm for architecture and construction, Efim is an avid cyclist, traveling across Australia to experience some of the most scenic rides on offer.
Boris brings to Enfold over 30 years of construction experience from around the globe with extensive knowledge of various contract types. He relishes challenging projects and welcomes the chance to work with complex architecture, strict timeframes and tight budgets.
Inspired by a diversity of projects, Boris uses his decades of experience to anticipate and overcome construction hurdles long before they arise. It’s through his meticulous approach that he ensures accuracy and quality in every detail.
Boris is known for his boundless energy. Being an early riser, he often enjoys a dip at Bronte or a cycle around Centennial Park prior to joining his team in the office or on site.
Business Development & Estimation Director
With over 16 years of career experience dedicated to all aspects of commercial construction, Leon has built invaluable relationships with clients across a variety of industries, including major institutional clients within the property sector. Leon’s experience of dealing with clients from the conceptual stages through to close-out of projects means that he is a great source of information for clients, no matter the complexity or value of the project at hand.
When he’s not consulting clients, Leon enjoys keeping up to date with construction and design trends. Having previously lived in Europe, Leon has absorbed a diversity of architectural and artistic influences. He has an abiding passion for art, photography and golf.
Philip’s analytical nature and strong eye for detail, developed over three decades of experience in the construction industry, are invaluable attributes for his role as HSEQ Director. He is devoted to continually developing and improving Enfold’s systems, procedures and manuals, as our proven ISO & Government Accreditations attest.
Being responsible for financial auditing both on a project and company level, Philip ensures that the Enfold team consistently stays at the forefront of HSEQ, through formal training and courses.
When not in the office or on site, Philip fills his time with sailing and playing tennis with his sons.
Interior Design Manager
With a background in architecture, Avril has developed both local and international experience in the Retail, Commercial and Hospitality sectors. She plays a key role in the management and development of our Interiors Design Team. Responsible for driving the overall design concepts across entire projects, Avril ensures concepts align with the project brief and overall project objectives. She also understands the importance of brand translation into the built form, which consistently results in innovative, creative,successful design solutions for clients.
Avril’s true passion is design, but when not at work she enjoys good food, park walks and exploring new places.
Construction Manager - Government Sector
David has successfully developed and delivered a large number of diverse projects for Australian Government clients, including Department of Defence, NSW Police Force, NSW Health Department and NSW Education Department.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, David offers a wealth of knowledge across leadership in construction, property portfolio, facility maintenance and on-site management. He is proficient at all aspects of management, including design, safety, quality assurance and environmental management.
When not at work, David treasures time with family and friends and enjoying the simple things in life.
Construction Manager - Workplace & Refurb
Reece is a construction professional with over 37 years of industry experience. He has managed large construction, refurbishment and workplace fit-out projects ranging in size and values (up to $110Mil).
During his 30 years with Lend Lease, Reece spent a considerable amount of time on large corporate client works and is capable of delivering works safely on time and on budget.
Reece is a big fan of rugby league, travelling when he can and motorcycles; both collecting and riding.
He spends most weekends with his children and grandchildren by the beach.
Design & Client Account Manager
Lauren is a design professional with over 10 years of industry experience. Lauren has an extensive industry network base and works with a variety of architects, interior designers, project managers, sub-contractors & suppliers. Working closely with her clients and the delivery team throughout the life cycle of the project, Lauren ensures quality of design and successful project completion to ensure client expectations are met.
Based in our Brisbane office, Lauren enjoys the flexibility of her role and the interstate travel that goes with it, getting to know a diverse and talented group of people who make up the Enfold team and client base.
Lauren loves travelling having lived in Europe and the Caribbean, and is passionate about applying her professional expertise and knowledge of travel to assist with business success.
Senior Project Manager
Andrew has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, starting off on site working as a foreman, then moving from contracts administration through to project management and coordinating design, construction and fit-out projects ranging in value from $600k to $5Mil per project.
Andrew provides clients with confidence through his knowledge and experience in the construction industry, on-time programming of scope of works and to the highest standards of works.
When not in the office or on site, Andrew keeps himself physically active with a range of activities, the latest being Latin dancing, F45 and boxing.
Roman has over 7 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in providing project management and estimation services within the commercial, retail and government sectors. Starting out in site management before progressing into estimation and project management, Roman has the capacity to coordinate the successful delivery of design, construction and fit-out projects from tender right through to completion, ranging in both value and complexity.
He fluently manages the Enfold team to deliver government and commercial sector projects from concept/estimation all the way through construction and commissioning stages. Roman provides Enfold’s clients with confidence through his knowledge and experience in the industry, facilitating on time programming of the scope of works to the highest standards.
In his spare time Roman enjoys high altitude mountaineering, having successfully summited several of the world’s major peaks, namely Mt Aconcagua, Mt Elbrus and Mt Denali.
Interior Design Coordinator
Bianca enriches the Enfold team with over 10 years of industry experience within Health and Corporate office sectors. She provides added value to our client with in depth industry knowledge and connections within Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment suppliers. Her unique understanding of the project objectives ensures that the client’s needs are well integrated within the proposed design.
Bianca works closely with the broader design and construction delivery teams, ensuring consistency from design intent to project handover.
In her spare time Bianca is a foodie, sports and music lover. Sunday Breakfast and good coffee are a must. Weekends are for trying new things, friends and family.
Pamela brings over 10 years of industry experience to every project. Over the past five years she has proven to be one of the key members of the Enfold brand. Her engaging approach of listening closely to the project brief and developing a clear workplace strategy is favoured by clients across all industry sectors. With a key focus on intricate commercial interiors, Pamela strives to bring creative and modern flair into each project, whilst ensuring form, function and financial feasibility.
Pamela’s portfolio spans both the Commercial & Government sectors, with projects ranging from workplace interiors, amenities, end of trip facilities, lobbies and foyers to Healthcare and Hospitality sectors. She feels enthused in her Senior Designer role, leading and inspiring the team around her to create spaces that in turn inspire our clients.
A social butterfly at heart, when not designing Pam enjoys spending time with friends and family and is also the proud owner of two ‘Fitness Junkie’ awards, as voted by the Enfold team!
