We think of ourselves as more of a family than a team. We work diligently, but also encourage a relaxed and flexible environment where our people can be themselves, express their opinions and play an active role in driving the future growth and evolution of the company.
Enfold’s approach to both our people and our clients is still based on the basic family values that we’ve had since our humble beginnings. More than anything else, we value open and honest relationships with our staff and clients. We collaborate openly with our clients, remaining transparent in our thoughts, methods, plans and budgets for every project we complete.
We also believe deeply in the importance and value of diversity, and consciously promote equal employment opportunities. In this respect we acknowledge not only our function as an individual company, but also our role in society at large, and the resulting responsibility to be progressive in both our employment practices and workplace culture.
